I was referred to DPS LLC and extremely satisfied with their installation of my water heater. They scheduled me the next business day, navigated the logistic of condo Assoc, provided evidence of insurance, performed the work expertly, cleanly and timely. Staff were polite, they worked diligently, completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. The water heater was wiped down along with all fitting putty. I highly recommend DPS LLC. Direct Service Plumbing - if it was possible to give them 100 stars, I would do it! There was no aspect of my experience with them that was not A+++. Upon discovering an apparent leaking gas hot water heater, located in my attic (ugh), I called several companies. Everyone that I called was responsive; however, all were higher than Direct Service Plumbing -- and Direct Service Plumbing installed the unit after hours, finishing up at 9 p.m., less than 6 hours after I contacted them. The installers were wonderful, and the owner gets extra "points" -- he came the job a couple hours after they started to personally check on them. I have not seen service like this in a very long time! I will use this company whenever I need anything within their scope of expertise. God bless them!
